## Discrepancy

ABORTED TAKEOFF, T/O WARNING HORN SOUNDED ON ROLLOUT WITH ALL SYSTEMS SET IN PROPER POSITION.  FOUND SPEED BRAKE HANDLE STIFF, LUBRICATED SPEED BRAKE HANDLE AND SLIDER ASSY PER MM.
