AIR TURNBACK, AFTER TAKEOFF LOST 'B' HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY.  FOUND 'B' SYSTEM ELEVATOR PCU LEAKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 'B' SYSTEM ELEVATOR PCU PER MM.
