## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED 10Y CHECK, FOUND FWD ENTRY DOOR CUTOUT, LOWER HINGE FITTING CRACKED AT FWD TOP CORNER.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD ENTRY DOOR LOWER HINGE FITTING PER EA AND SRM.
