RIGHT ELEVATOR PITOT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMBOUT, WITH ASSOCIATED C/B TRIPPED ON P-18-3 PANEL.  FOUND WIRE BUNDLE W018 BEHIND P18-1 PANEL WITH NUMEROUS WIRES BURNT.  REPAIRED WIRES PER WDM.
