AIR TURNBACK / DECLARED EMERGENCY.  COMPRESSOR STALL IN THE NR 2 ENGINE AT 1,100 FT.  WHILE REDUCING POWER TO CLIMB THRUST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE PER MT.
