## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED 24Y CHECK, FOUND R1 DOOR HINGE CUTOUT FITTING CRACKED AT BS 293, BETWEEN WL 239 TO WL 240.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FITTING PER SRM.
