AIR TURNBACK -- LEVEL AT 10,000FT OUTFLOW VALVE CLOSED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OUTFLOW VALVE ACTUATOR GASKET AND VALVE.  REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE AT OUTFLOW VALVE PER MM.
