VISIBLE SMOKE IN CABIN ROW 19 20 21 CAPTAINS SIDE.  FOUND DEFECTIVE BALLAST AT ROW 19ABC.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SIDEWALL LIGHT BALLAST PER MM.
