WHEN LANDING GEAR HANDLE PLACED TO OFF POSITION ALL GREEN & RED LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  CYCLED GEAR HANDLE AND INDICATIONS NORMAL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG RETRACT ACTUATOR PER MM.
