## Discrepancy

A SYS HYDRAULIC QTY (1/4) AND SYS HYDRAULIC ENGINE PUMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON APPROACH.  DECLARED EMERGENCY.   INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND FOUND A SYS ELEC PUMP ACOUSTIC FILTER LEAKING AT UPPER END.  REMOVED AND REPLACED PACKING PER MM.
