LOWER L GEAR RT FAILED TO EXTEND (NO SCREEN LIGHT AND RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ON RECYCLED WITH SAME RESULT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ACTUATOR PER AMM.
