RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT INTERIOR & EXTERIOR LIGHTS INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT BATTERY PACK PANEL AT STA 603 RBL 67.  OPS CHECK GOOD.  ALL WORK IAW MM.
