## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY, WHEN GEAR LEVER MOVED TO OFF THE NOSE GEAR EXTENDED. INDICATIONS WERE RED AND GREEN NOSE GEAR LIGHTS.  R&R NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW AMM.
