LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER FORWARD UPPER SLIDING SEAL HAS A 4.50 VERTICAL CRACK ON LEADING EDGE, PARALLEL TO FORWARD TRACK.   REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT SIDE FORWARD UPPER SLIDING SEAL ON HORIZONTAL STABILIZER IAW AMM 53-31-31.
