UPPERMOST LAMP IN FORWARD ENTRY DOOR PROXIMITY LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE.   INSTALLED LAMP INTO SOCKET OF FORWARD ENTRY DOOR PROXIMITY LIGHT AND TESTED IAW AMM 33-51-01-960-801, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
