## Discrepancy

EXIT ROW SEATS 11C AND 11D INOPERATIVE.  INSPECTED BOTH SEATS AT ROW 11 B & C, THE SEATS WERE IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION AND DID NOT RECLINE AND BREAK OVER NORMAL.
