DURING FLIGHT,  LEFT FUEL QUANTITY SHOWED APPROX. 800 LBS DIFF. LEFT TANK LOW ATTEMPTED TO REBALANCE FUEL. IMBALANCE INCREASED TO 1300LBS DIFF. RAN QRH SECURED ENGINE. AFTER LANDING WITH CROSSFEED OPEN PER QRH,  RT SIDE FUEL TANK INCREASED TO 2500 LBS DIFF. RT SIDE LOW & CROSSFEED OPEN.   TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND DEFUEL HANDLE SPRING BROKEN AND LT WING TANK UNITS F1; F2; F3; F7; F9 OUT OF LIMITS. R & R DEFUEL HANDLE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 28-26-11.
