ELECTRIC STAB TRIM FAIL DURING CLIMB OUT, AUTOPILOT WAS NOT ENGAGED. NEITHER CAP OR FO ELECTRIC STAB TRIM WAS OPERATIONAL. MANUAL TRIM OPERATED NORMALLY.  R & R R64 STAB TRIM CONTROL RELAY IAW WDM 27-41-12. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
