## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHT OUTSIDE OF MAIN ENTRY DOOR IS INOPERATIVE.   FUTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND GROUND WIRE PULLED FROM GROUND BLOCK GD3876 DC. TERMINATED THE WIRE ONTO THE GROUND BLOCK GD3876 DC IAW WDM 33-51-12, SWPM 20-90-15.  PERFORMED GOOD FUNCTIONAL TEST OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-51-04-960-801.
