CRACK INDICATION FOUND ON LT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN PANEL. HSS 193.9,  AND 16 INCHES FROM FRONT SPAR. INBD SIDE OF RIB. CRACK LENGTH = 0.950 INCH.  PERFORMED REPAIR ON LT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN PANEL IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, REPAIR 11.
