LEFT WING OTBD AFT FLAP HAS 3' X 8' AREA DELAMINATION AT AFT INBOARD CORNER.  REMOVED FLAP IAW MM 27-51-22,  C/W RII REQUIREMENT FOR REMOVED FLAP IAW MM 27-51-22.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LT OTBD AFT FLAP IAW AMM 27-51-22. OPS AND RIG CHECKED GOOD.
