AFT FA HEARD A LOUD NOISE POP IN THE AFT GALLEY AND AFTERWARDS ELECTRICAL SMELL COMING FROM AFT CONDITIONAL 05-51-56.   PERFORMED CONDITIONAL INSPECTION SMOKE/FUMES IN CABIN PER AMM 05-51-56. FOUND AFT LEFT EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO INOP. INSPECTED AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGERS FOUND AFT LEFT CHARGER TO NOT TEST. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT LEFT EMERGENCY LIGHT CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK PER AMM 33-51-06 OPS CHECKS GOOD
