ELONGATED HOLE ON ACCESS PANEL 571EB TRAILING EDGE AT LT WING.  REPAIRED ACCESS PANEL 571EB TRAILING EDGE AT LT WING IAW SRM 51-70-04-2R-9 REPAIR 9.  STEP 14 BASED ON THE REPAIR PERFORMED IS TO SECONDARY STRUCTURE. IAW MPM 10.3.4 RII IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR MAJOR REPAIRS TO PSE STRUCTURE.
