NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT SPOOL UP MORE THAN 39 PERCENT DURING TAKEOFF ROLL OUT.  73-30791 PS3 SIGNALS DISAGREE.  W/O 109759.  PERFORMED EEC BITE FOUND FAULT CODE 73-30791 PS3 SIG DISAGREE. PERFORMED PART POWER ENG RUN WITH CREW AND SUBSEQUENT EEC TEST SHOWED NO FAULTS IAW FIM 73-26 TASK 806.
