ACCESS PANEL 191CL HAS SMALL AREA OF DELAMINATION ON OUTSIDE OF PANEL APROX 22" FROM FWD END AND 15" FROM UPPER END.   REMOVED THE AREA OF DELAMINATION IAW SRM 51-70-05-0G-0.  ACCOMPLISHED A REPAIR TO AREA IAW SRM 51-70-05-2R-1.
