FLOOR PANEL 241AF UPPER SKIN HAD AREAS OF PULLED STRANDS.  THE FLOOR PANEL WAS FOUND TO BE OUT OF ALLOWABLE LIMITS IAW SRM 53-00-50-1A-1, PARA 4.F, & FABRICATED A NEW FLOOR PANEL IAW SRM 53-00-50-2R-0.
