CRACK INDICATION ON HORIZONTAL STAB, RT LOWER SKIN PANEL HSS 193.90, & 20 INCHES FROM FRONT SPAR.  CRACK LENGTH 0.400 INCH.  PERFORMED A REPAIR THE HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, REPAIR 11.
