NR 3 CANOE FAIRING HAS ELONGATED HOLES WHERE THE TAIL CONE ATTACHES.   REMOVED FAIRING FROM ACFT AND REMOVED DRIVE LINKAGE FROM FAIRING ON BENCH IAW AMM 27-51-18.  INSTALLED AFT LINK ASSEMBLY IN NEW AFT FLAP SUPPORT FAIRING IAW AMM 27-51-18.  R & R THE AFT TAIL CONE IAW AMM 27-51-18.
