CONDITIONAL INSPECTION PER FIM 21-00 TASK 806. NO EVIDENCE OF OVERHEATING OR SMELLS FOUND.   PERFORMED FIM 21-00 TASK 806 FOUND LEFT MIX CHAMBER FLANGE BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED MIX CHAMBER PER AMM 21-21-02. OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD
