RIGHT MAIN TANK FUEL LEAK DUE TO POSSIBLE FAILED VALVE.   RIGHT WING FLOAT SWITCH INOPERATIVE,  OK TO CONT IAW MEL 28-21-01A SP1, AND SP1B.   R & R RIGHT TANK FLOAT SWITCH IAW AMM 28-21-71. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
