## Discrepancy

RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER FORWARD UPPER SLIDING SEAL HAS A 3 VERTICAL CRACK ALONG THE FORWARD EDGE.   REMOVED AND REPLACED RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER FORWARD UPPER SLIDING SEAL. REF AMM 53-31-31.
