PARKING AT GATE; FA NOTIFIED THAT DURING DESCENT THERE WAS A POPPING SOUND FOLLOWED BY A HISSING SOUND ABOVE THE AFT GALLLEY CAS SIDE. THEN AT GATE; A BURNING SMELL.   PERFORMED SMOKE OR FUMES IN CABIN CONDITIONAL INSPECTION PER AMM 05-51-56. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSURE LEAK TEST PER AMM 05-51-91. NO ABNORMAL SOUNDS NOTED. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
