AT FL400; CREW NOTED THAT YOKE WAS DISPLAYED TO RIGHT 3 UNITS; CORRECTED USING RUDDER TRIM. APPROX. 1 MINUTE LATER; CREW OBSERVED UNCOMMANDED RUDDER INPUT (SHARP YAW TO THE LEFT.) OCCURRED 3 TIMES. OCCURRED A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES IN FLIGHT.   INTERROGATED #1 SMYD PER FIM 27-32 TASK 801. FOUND F/C 22-21-001 (SMYD YD FAULT) ON LEGS 12;14;21.
