## Discrepancy

CRACK FOUND ON LT VAPOR BARRIER ATTACH ANGLE AT BS 663, LBL 9 AND LBL 34.  PERFORMED NDT INSPECTION PER NDT PART 6; 51-00-00 PROCEDURE 16 OF HOLES COMMON TO REPAIR; IN TANK HOLES AND WEB HOLES. NO DEFECTS NOTED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED LT VAPOR BARRIER ATTACH ANGLE AT BS 663 IAW SRM 51-40-02, AND EA M-24-157-02340.
