NR 1 ENGINE FAILED AT FL370. EGT SHOWED OVER TEMP. EGT RED BOX. OVERWEIGHT LANDING AT 149.3K LBS. NORMAL TOUCH DOWN.   REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE PER MT 771-00-01.  COMPLIED WITH OVERWEIGHT LANDING CONDITIONAL INSPECTION PER AMM 05-51-35.
