CRACK ACCESS PANEL 344PT AT RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.  REPLACED ACCESS PANEL 344PT AT RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER IAW SRM 51-10-02. EVALUATED AND FOUND OUT ALLOWABLE DAMAGE LIMITS AND THERE ARE NO REPAIRS FOR THIS PART IN THE STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL. IAW SRM 55-20-70-2R-1 REPAIR 1 FIGURE 202 SHEET 1 AND NDT PART.1 51-05-01.
