RT WING OUTBOARD AFT FLAP HAS A CRACK INDICATION ON THE INBOARD CLOSURE RIB. TOP OF. CLOSURE RIB BOTTOM PORTION. HFEC VERIFIED.  REMOVED AND INSTALLED OUTBOARD TRAILING EDGE FLAP IAW AMM 27-51-21.
