## Discrepancy

F/O SIDE EMER EXT LIGHT FLICKERS.  OK TO CONTINUE PER MEL 33-2-03 SP1B.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O SIDE EMERGENCY EXIT SIDE WALL LIGHT IN REF TO AMM 33-21-00. OPS TEST GOOD. THIS CLEARS MEL.
