CENTER FUEL TANK VERTICAL STIFFENER IS CRACKED. STA 540, LBL 24 ON THE TOP 6 INCHES BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE CABIN FLOOR PANEL.   AIRCRAFT TO BE FERRIED TO PAE FOR REPAIR.
