CENTER FUEL TANK VERTICAL STIFFENER IS CRACKED. BS 540, LBL 24 ON THE TOP 6 INCHES BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE CABIN FLOOR PANEL. REF TTG8Q01CKAZ4.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LBL 24.97 VERTICAL STIFFENER IAW EA 26-157-01545.
