ALL LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK M1676 ARE INOPERATIVE.  UPON INVESTIGATION FOUND ALL LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK M1676 ARE TURNING ON PER WDM 33-51-13. FOUND ALL LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK M1671 INOPERATIVE IAW WDM 33-51-14.  REMOVED & REPLACED BATTERY PACK M1671 AND PERFORMED GOOD EMERGENCY LIGHTS TEST PER AMM 33-51-06-960-805.
