## Discrepancy

STABILIZER REMOVABLE LE PANEL 341A INTERNAL FIBERGLASS WEB HAS A CRACK AT A FWD RIVET.  REMOVED NUT PLATES; FOR FURTHER INSPECTION IAW SRM 51-40-02.  REMOVED PAINT IN SUPPOSED DAMAGED AREA. NO DEFECTS NOTED TO PLY'S ON FWD AND AFT SIDE.  CRACK ARE LINES IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. IAW SRM 51-10-02-0G-0.  REAPPLIED PROTECTIVE PROTECTIVE FINISHES IAW AMM 51-21-99.
