FWD RT FA FLASHLIGHT DOES NOT CHARGE.  OK TO CONTINUE PER MEL 25-12-01 SP1B AUTH 327245.  REPLACED THE RT FWD FLASHLIGHT, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 25-64-00. MEL CLEARED.
