FWD SERVICE DOOR SCUFF PLATE IS CRACKED.  REMOVED PERFORMED REPAIR AND INSTALLED FWD SERVICE DOOR SCUFF PLATE IAW AMM  53-11-01-000-801 AMM 53-11-01-420-801 AND EA 26-153-01915.  PERFORMED A GOOD LEAK CHECK IAW AMM 05-51-91-790-801.
