AFT F/A STATION FLASHLIGHT NOT BLINKING/TESTING.   OK TO CONTINUE IAW MEL 25-64-02A, EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT HOLDERS & FLASHLIGHTS.  WITH SP 1B AND AUTHORIZATION NR 331884. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT FA FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM 25-64-00.
