CRACK INDICATION FOUND ON HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN, RT SIDE. HSS 193.90, RIB INBD SIDE & 16.5 INCH FRONT SPAR TO REAR SPAR.  CRACK LENGTH 0.563 INCH.  REPAIRED THE HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN PANEL. LOCATED BTW STAB STA 184.70 AND STAB STA 203.10 AT RT HORIZONTAL STAB IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, REPAIR 11.
