EXAMINED GIRT BAR FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGES THAT MAY CAUSE THE SLIDE TO OPERATE INCORRECTLY AS SPECIFIED IN THE ESCAPED SLIDE PACK CHECK IAW AMM 25-66-01. NO DEFECTS OR DAMAGES NOTED.
