PANEL 344AB, RT STABILIZER HAD ELONGATED HOLES & DAMAGE.  THE PANEL WAS REPLACED IAW AMM 27-31-11. C/W STEPS 2-6 REF. TTG8Q01E2EPQ OPERATIONAL TESTS ACCOMPLISHMENT.
