FOUND 12 INCH CRACK ON THE VAPOR BARRIER WEB, RBL 40,  40 INCHES DOWN FROM WL. REACCESSED DAMAGE,  CRACK FOUND TO BE 18+ INCHES.  C/W REPAIR IAW EA 26-157-02619.
