15D SEATBACK WILL NOT STAY IN UPRIGHT IF OCCUPIED.  OK TO CONTINUE PER MEL 25-6-01 SP1B.  ADJUSTED LOCKING NUTS RECLINE HYDROLOCK TO LOCK SEAT IN UPRIGHT POSITION PER SIP. SEAT IS NOW USABLE.
